About Nicole
For over a decade, I’ve helped thousands of women rediscover confidence through personal style.
I know what it feels like to reach a stage in life where you lose touch with who you are, when your clothes no longer flatter, support, or reflect the woman you’ve become.
My own journey began in 2017 after having children. I felt invisible. My wardrobe was filled with outdated, ill-fitting clothes that no longer suited my body or lifestyle, and I had lost confidence in how I showed up.
That summer, I attended Chepstow Ladies Day wearing a carefully styled outfit where every detail, from dress to accessories to makeup, was intentional. I felt incredible and placed second in the Best Dressed competition.
That moment changed everything.
I realised how powerful personal style can be in rebuilding confidence, identity and self-belief.
Soon after, I invested in colour analysis and worked with an Image Consultant to reinvent my wardrobe. The transformation was life-changing, and I knew I wanted to help other women experience that same shift.
Before becoming an Image Consultant, I spent over 20 years working across corporate organisations, stepping into the corporate world at just 18. Very early on, I recognised that image plays a crucial role in impact and progression.
Understanding the “dress for the job you want” principle shaped my professional presence and ultimately led me to becoming the youngest female Director within the Admiral Insurance Group senior management team.
Mastering business style isn’t about fashion. It’s about confidence, credibility and opening doors. The way you present yourself influences how you’re perceived, and how you feel.
Today, my work blends strategic colour analysis, wardrobe editing and practical styling systems to create a cohesive, confident look that feels completely aligned with who you are and where you’re going.
I’ve lived the transformation my clients are seeking, which gives me a genuine understanding of both the emotional and practical challenges women face.

I’m proud to have won multiple industry awards, including Best Personal Stylist in Wales 2025, and to have supported women through powerful transformations that extend far beyond their wardrobes, from new job opportunities to renewed confidence and stronger personal presence.
